Classroom resource packs hand instructors a complete working set of teaching materials, assessments, exercises, and reference documents so that building lessons from zero is no longer the starting point. Student progress tracking systems give program administrators and faculty the structured monitoring and documentation tools needed to measure development, flag where students need additional support, and maintain the accountability records that institutional oversight requires. Paying for a product here means accepting every condition written below, without exception, from the moment the payment processor confirms the charge, regardless of whether the buyer is an individual instructor purchasing for personal use or a procurement officer acting on behalf of an entire training organization.


Access Opens the Moment Payment Clears

There is no buffer between payment and delivery. When the processor confirms a transaction, the purchased resource becomes available. No human reviews the order, no system holds it in a queue, and no approval step intervenes. The delivery is automatic and immediate.

An accessible resource is a delivered resource, permanently.

What protects buyers is not a refund window but the information available before purchase. Every listing describes the product in terms specific enough for a program director, department head, or institutional procurement officer to evaluate whether it fits their curriculum, their student population, their existing resources, and their operational infrastructure. That evaluation should happen before checkout, not after.


What Does Not Qualify, in Full

None of the following will result in a refund at any stage, regardless of how the request is submitted or who submits it:

  • A program restructure, intake postponement, faculty change, or shift in institutional priorities that happened after the purchase was made
  • Selecting the wrong product at checkout, completing a transaction unintentionally, or purchasing without reviewing what was being bought
  • Not reading the listing, the stated formats, the described audience, or the outlined scope before paying
  • Expecting the resource to cover content, use a pedagogical approach, or fit a curriculum structure that was never described in the listing
  • Distributing any portion of a resource to students, deploying sections of a framework across a program, or opening any course material before determining it is not suitable, since deployment and access at any scale constitute use
  • Outcomes not materializing: student performance did not improve, accreditation results were unaffected, administrative efficiency did not increase. These results depend on institutional implementation, faculty delivery, student engagement, and organizational conditions that are entirely outside this platform’s control
  • A software, browser, device, or operating system incompatibility that could have been confirmed before purchase
  • Budget cycles changing, enrollment numbers shifting, or program review timelines moving after the transaction was completed

The Three Situations That Get Reviewed

A purchase at ChinkkaBus can be brought forward for formal review under three specific circumstances only. Nothing else qualifies, regardless of framing.

Payment went through, product never arrived. The processor confirmed the charge, but the delivery system failed to unlock the product on our side. The breakdown happened in our infrastructure, not in the buyer’s browser, email inbox, institutional network, or account navigation. A missed confirmation email is not this. A login issue is not this. A genuine internal delivery failure after confirmed payment is. Contact us with the order number and payment reference and we will check the delivery logs.

The file is broken and re-downloading did not fix it. The downloaded file cannot be opened through standard compatible software, the problem is structural and not cosmetic, and a fresh download through the original link produced the same result. To have this reviewed, provide the specific error encountered, the application name and version used, the device and operating system, and confirmation that the re-download attempt failed. Confirmed file corruption results in a working replacement being issued. A refund instead of a replacement is only considered if the problem cannot be resolved through redelivery.

Two charges landed for one product in one session. A processing error during a single checkout session caused the same product to be billed twice. This is not two separate purchases of the same product on different dates. It is not a repeat transaction made to check whether a first payment went through. It is a confirmed processing error within a single transaction. Records will be reviewed and any confirmed duplicate will be corrected.

Raising a claim starts a review. It does not guarantee a particular result.


Software and System Compatibility Falls to the Buyer

ChinkkaBus products use formats standard to educational institutions, training environments, and academic program management. Every listing names those formats. Whether they work inside a specific institution’s devices, browsers, operating systems, and installed applications is a question only the purchasing organization can answer before buying. For institutional purchases covering multiple instructors and student-facing deployments, compatibility across the full environment is particularly important to verify in advance. That verification is the buyer’s responsibility. An incompatibility discovered after access has been granted does not qualify for a refund. Questions about format compatibility asked before payment are easy to answer. The same questions asked after delivery operate under entirely different constraints.


Downloaded Files Must Be Saved and Kept

As soon as purchased resources are accessible, saving them is the buyer’s job. Files should go into a controlled institutional location immediately and at least one backup should exist in a secondary location such as a content management system, a cloud environment with access controls, or a protected faculty repository. Course-based purchases often include supplementary materials that should be saved as they become available throughout engagement with the content.

Ongoing access through ChinkkaBus’s platform or the original delivery links is not permanent. Infrastructure changes, platform migrations, and system updates can affect link availability over time. Resources that are lost or become inaccessible because they were not properly saved after delivery are not recoverable through a refund or reissue request.


One License, Scoped to the Purchasing Entity

Buying a product here grants a non-transferable right to use it within the purchasing instructor’s own teaching or the purchasing institution’s own programs. The license does not extend to affiliated schools, partner organizations, franchised training providers, or any external entity, even one closely connected to the purchasing organization. Extending it requires a separate written licensing agreement issued by ChinkkaBus.

These uses are prohibited without exception:

  • Making any purchased resource available to instructors, administrators, students, or institutions that did not complete the purchase through this website
  • Posting any product to inter-institutional resource libraries, shared academic platforms, open repositories, or any accessible location outside the purchasing organization
  • Repackaging, reformatting, or rebuilding any product’s content into a competing course, training system, or commercial educational offering
  • Presenting any part of a purchased resource as original instructional content authored independently by the purchasing instructor or institution in any accredited, published, or commercially distributed context
  • Including any purchased product in an educational service or licensing arrangement offered to other schools or training providers without written authorization from ChinkkaBus

Confirmed violations result in immediate revocation of access to all products tied to the purchasing account. ChinkkaBus will take further action to protect its intellectual property where redistribution, misuse, or misrepresentation is identified.


Contact Us Before Contacting Your Bank

If something is wrong with a transaction, the first call is to ChinkkaBus, not to a bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a breach of the agreement made at checkout, whether the buyer is an individual instructor or an institutional procurement officer acting on behalf of an organization.

If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, ChinkkaBus responds to the payment processor with the full transaction record, delivery logs, access confirmation, the product listing as it stood at the time of purchase, and this policy as it existed when the transaction was processed. Accounts connected to chargebacks that lack a legitimate technical basis may be permanently closed to future purchases, for both individual and institutional buyers.


These Terms Change Without Notice

ChinkkaBus updates these terms when the situation calls for it. Changes apply immediately on publication and govern all purchases from that point forward. What applies to a completed purchase is the version of this document that was live when that transaction processed. The current version of this page reflects the current terms.
